tuesday is always a long day. Shit

The past is back to haunt me.

It's completely crazy. Thursday was class outing. We cycled from east coast to changi beach and back. It's a good 27km. omg.

Friday was labour day. It's another day when i feel like its saturday. Felt so bad to have watch Wolverine with my classmates leaving wjh alone. Because of that, i'll watch terminator and transformer with him. hahah

Yet another Saturday.

There will be many occasions when you feel that you are not able to pull yourself together. Always remember that you live your life only once and there are no second chances. Get it right the first time and walk home head high. Remember what you always want and you will never go wrong.

On the days when i feel within me, i've lost faith in any forms of emotional attachmetns. I am scare.

Today has been a bad bad day. I was feeling damn upset after school. It makes me angry not being to able to understand the concept between concentric movement and eccentric movement. The rest of the class are able to grasps it.

Eccentric movement. Assisted by gravity. Lengthening of muscles.
Concentric movement. Against gravity. Shortening of muscle.

Sitting down, contract of hams extent of quads
Standing up, contract of quads extent of ham.

Somehow, i cant find anything to blog about.

3rd in school and i can feel the heat. All the rust. I am all ready tired. I feel like i need a break and the day seems longer than usual.
